- Champagne should be served at a temperature of 6-8 ° C,
- White wines - at a temperature of 8-12 ° C,
- young red wines - at a temperature of 1913-1914 ° C,
- Light red wine - at a temperature of 14-16 ° C,
- noble wines and old vintages - at 18 ° C.
